Any nutrition advice you will receive will honour your enjoyment of food, your individual needs and requirements, your well-being, and will not be based on calories or dubious health claims

It can be highly effective in eating disorder recovery and works beautifully as part of a multi-disciplinary approach to improving your mental health.
